• SURFING: Cénitz, Biarritz and Lafiténia spots are just a few miles away
• SAILING, ANGLING, DEEP SEA DIVING, TENNIS, SWIMMING
• EXCURSIONS: organised walking trips to the Rhune mountain or the Spanish “ventas”, where enjoyable restaurants and a splendid panorama of the coast from Hendaye to Bayonne await you

Local Festivals :
Whether at the Bayonne or Pampeluna fiesta, the Tuna Festival at St Jean de Luz, or at a local village Fete, you will discover the Basque traditions all around you: songs, folk dances, pelota games and championships.

Basque cuisine :
All gourmets agree upon the excellence of Basque cuisine, and many local restaurants are of a very good standard. Fish - grilled or with sauces – is excellent. Chipirons (squid), either sautéd, grilled or in ink sauce, and Ttoro are a two ‘musts’ to be tried amongst the many traditional dishes served locally.
